Hello Support Team,

We recently updated our domain DNS records for morganretail.com to point to Jibbio servers. While HTTP connects fine, users are receiving a browser SSL security warning stating the Let's Encrypt certificate expired yesterday.

Could you please trigger a manual SSL certificate renewal for our store?

Hi Alex,

Thank you for reaching out! I checked your domain configuration for morganretail.com. The DNS A record is pointing correctly, but the CAA security record at your DNS host was blocking automatic Let's Encrypt challenge validation.

I have added an administrative override and triggered an immediate re-issuance of your 256-bit SSL Certificate. The process usually completes within 10 to 15 minutes.
